Flo Ward returns from European U16 Basketball Championships

Flo Ward returned with the England team from the European U16 Basketball Championships in Skopje, Macedonia where they gained a creditable 4th place out of 16 teams, the highest ever position achieved by the U16's. They were beaten by the eventual winners Hungary in the semi-final. Despite playing in extreme temperatures of up to 42C the team acquited themselves well and included victories over Germany, Bulgaria, Romania and Ireland on their way to the semi-finals.
